Q. Is it safe for me to use my credit card at ThePanClub.com?
A. Yes, please be assured that we have taken many steps to ensure the security of our players. All information regarding your purchase is encrypted with a 128-bit SSL encryption algorithm. This simply means your transactions are always safe and secure.


Q. Do you request any documentation from me to verify my deposit?
A. If you deposit by using your Credit Card directly in our site, we will require you to fill out a Security Form in order to verify your account information. Please send the form to our Operations Department via email to operations@ThePanClub.com or to our toll-free fax at 1-866-587-5978.


Q.  I am trying to deposit funds into my ThePanClub.comaccount via credit card; however, the page keeps denying the transaction. What do I do?
A. Some banks see this as a "Gaming Purchase" and may have policies against approving such transactions. You may need to contact your issuing bank regarding this matter. Another option would be to deposit into any e-wallet account.


Q. Do any of your deposit methods charge a fee to make a deposit?
A. We won't charge any fee regarding the deposit methods accepted.


Q. Which deposit methods do you accept?
A. We mainly accept deposits directly in our site via MoneyBookers, eWalletXpress, Ukash, ECO Card, UseMyBank, Visa and Mastercard.  NeTeller, and Citadel are available with some restrictions. Please go to Deposit section for specific details on each one.


Q. How do I cash in my winnings?

A. To request a Payout, click on the "Cashier" menu option from the game lobby. After that, click on "Go to Cashier", and then select the "Request a Payout" option.  You will be able to enter the withdrawal amount and method in that window.


Q. Are there requirements in order to cash out my winnings?
A. It is very likely that in order to proceed with the payout, operations will request you to send copies of the following: Credit card / bank statement, both sides of the credit card (s) used in the deposit, picture ID, and a Utility bill. We might need you to send us this documentation, so please keep it available.


Q. Can I cash out my chips while I'm at a table?
A. No, you must leave the table before proceeding to the Cashier.


Q. I just cashed in my winnings. How long will it take?
A. It depends on the withdrawal method you chose. It takes around 24-48 hours for e-wallets and up to 7 weeks for bank drafts. You will find specific time frames and detailed information about this on the Withdrawal section.


Q. I just bought some chips with my credit card. How long before I receive them?
A. Transactions made by Credit Card or any of the available e-wallets will place chips into your account immediately. If your account is not immediately supplied with chips after a deposit, that means that an error has occurred, and you will need to try again or send an email to Customer Support at support@ThePanClub.com.


Q. Why is my Payout still pending?
A. When your payout has been marked as "Pending," it means that it is currently being viewed by the Cashier, or it may be under investigation. Although we understand your concern and your need for answers, please remain patient. If your payout has been pending for more than 7 Business days, please email the Cashier.
